Liquid Fusion Supreme is based on gallium alloy and is not acutely toxic. Liquid Fusion Supreme works on CPU and GPU dies with copper or nickel-plated heatsink contacts. It CANNOT be used on aluminum heatsinks - gallium alloys corrode aluminum rapidly, causing permanent damage. Always verify your heatsink material before application. Compatible heatsinks: copper (most high-end coolers), nickel-plated copper (common in premium all-in-ones and custom loops). Not compatible: bare aluminum, cheap budget coolers with aluminum bases.

Clean both surfaces thoroughly with alcohol wipes. Apply Fusion Protector tape to mask SMD components and PCB traces around the CPU socket. Apply a very small amount (0.1–0.2ml) to the CPU die using the included metal needle - liquid metal self-levels under the cooler. Spread lightly to cover the die, then mount the cooler. Tighten mounting screws evenly. After first boot, temperatures drop as the metal fully settles.

Yes - liquid metal is electrically conductive. This is the primary safety concern. If it contacts PCB traces or nearby SMD components, it can cause a short circuit and damage your hardware. Always use Fusion Protector tape to mask the area around the CPU die before application. Work carefully and use minimal amounts. If spilled, power off immediately and clean with isopropyl alcohol before powering back on.

No. Liquid metal should not be used in gaming consoles. Console APUs typically use aluminum heatsinks or heatspreaders - gallium alloy corrodes aluminum on contact, causing irreversible damage. For console repastes (PS4, PS5, Xbox), use Fusion Supreme Paste or Fusion Ultra Paste instead.

Power off and disassemble carefully. Wipe the CPU die and heatsink contact surface with a cotton swab soaked in isopropyl alcohol (99%+). Liquid metal wipes off cleanly from copper and nickel surfaces. Use additional swabs and wipes until no silvery residue remains. Dispose of used wipes safely. Do not let liquid metal run onto the motherboard.
