Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Amawi Technologies GbR (the "Seller") and the customer through the online shop at amawitech.com. Deviating terms of the customer are not accepted unless the Seller expressly agrees to them in writing.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order. By clicking the "Buy" button you submit a binding order. The contract is formed upon sending an order confirmation by email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices in Euro (EUR). Amawi Technologies GbR is a small business operator (Kleinunternehmer) pursuant to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act). No VAT is charged or shown.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. Payment is made via the methods offered at checkout (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and others). The invoice amount is due upon completion of the order.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are made within Germany and the EU. Delivery time is typically 2 to 5 business days within Germany and 5 to 10 business days for other EU countries, unless otherwise stated. If a product is temporarily unavailable, we will notify the customer promptly.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
6. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. For consumers, the warranty period is 2 years from delivery. Obvious defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
In the event of defects, customers may choose between subsequent performance (repair or replacement delivery), or may withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional conduct. For slight negligence, the Seller is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
8. Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Applicable Law
German law applies. For consumers with habitual residence in the EU, the consumer protection law of the respective country of residence also applies.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
