Halnziye HY2612 Thermal Putty Is Coming to Amawi Technologies
The Halnziye HY2612 is on its way to us. We expect the first shipment by the end of October 2026, and it will be available here at amawitech.com and in our Amazon.de store.
What Igor’s Lab measured
Halnziye rates the HY2612 at more than 12 W/mK. In September 2026, Igor’s Lab tested it on a TIMA5 analyzer and measured clearly more than the label promises:

In that comparison the HY2612 came out ahead of every other putty at each layer thickness tested the same way, including Thermal Grizzly TG Putty Pro, Honeywell HT10000 and Alphacool Apex X1. The values above are Igor’s Lab’s own measurements. Results in your build depend on the gap, the contact pressure and the cooler.
Where it fits in the Halnziye putty range
The HY2612 sits at the top of the range. It does not replace anything:
- HY236: 6 W/mK, pink, the entry point
- HY2610: 10 W/mK, the popular choice for GPU VRAM and VRM work
- HY2612: rated above 12 W/mK, for builds where every degree counts
Like the other putties, it is a moldable gap filler for GPU memory, voltage regulators and M.2 SSDs. You press it into place and it adapts to the gap, so there is no pad thickness to work out.
