The kit contains: 3x dual-purpose wipes (each wipe has a wet side pre-moistened with isopropyl alcohol and a dry side for residue removal) and 3x precision spatulas. The dual-purpose format means each wipe handles both cleaning steps - making it efficient for single repaste jobs.

Yes. The isopropyl alcohol on the wet side is the standard cleaner for electronics. It evaporates quickly and leaves no conductive residue. Safe on PCB substrates, solder joints, capacitors, and most plastics. Ensure complete evaporation before reconnecting power - typically under 30 seconds.

Use the wet side first: wipe across the old paste or thermal pad residue to dissolve it. Apply gentle pressure and wipe in one direction. Then immediately use the dry side to lift and remove the dissolved material, leaving a clean, dry surface. For stubborn residue, a second wet-then-dry pass does the job. The spatulas spread new paste or putty evenly after cleaning.

Three dual-purpose wipes covers 1–3 complete repaste cleaning jobs. One wipe (wet side + dry side) is enough for most CPU or GPU surfaces. For GPUs with large die areas or VRAM pad removal across multiple chips, you may use two wipes per session. For larger jobs, the Fusion Cleaner Kit (20 wipes) provides better value.
